Struggle By: Gloria R. Kast Verse 1: Oft times I’ve struggled through sorrow. Sometimes I’ve struggled through pain. Sometimes I look around and I wonder; If all my prayers are in vain. Chorus: The times that my heart overwhelms me, I truly can see my great need. Without God, I can do nothing; I know I am helpless indeed. Verse 2: I can hear that small voice speak so clearly, Sometimes it comes many ways; I turn to God’s word for the answers. I fall on my knees then I pray. Chorus: Then it seems Heaven’s windows are open, God’s blessings just seem to fall. I realize now God always knows best; He answers when we give him our all. Bridge: No more can I get under the burdens, And try to carry them all alone. I seek God who is almighty. I know he’s the one who is strong.
